Enable choice of groups if a participant has the same relation to several groups

A participant might be requested to fill out the survey for several groups with which they have the same relation. E.g.some mentors might have multiple mentor classes. This might be done by adding an extra dialog display step with single choice buttons to select the group if more than 1 group is found that matches the criteria. The participant should be able to fill the survey once for every group. Perhaps this requires us to create a limesurvey participant for each participant-group combo?
