It works, so I'll put in the merge request. Intended to make prints disable-able, but too much effort right now. Will try later

Includes some small changes in TxtReader to unify with changes in 
CSVReader.

There was a duplicate _check_semantic_mistake. Commented it for now. Also fixed a call to _semantically_related (with underscore), which was made public.

Cleaned up code. Added exceptions. Added functionality to compare a source with shadowed, a few changes need to still be discussed to make it fully integrated.

I started fixing the various errors in the current master branch. Still some errors are left. I am already pushing this code so that Tanja and Romeo can also look at it.

I resolved an error that had occurred due to one of the import statements in the SemanticChecker class. I also added proper documentation to the functions in the MistakeFinder class.

Fixed button bugs, file selection stuff. Added functionally in add_to_dict that will save double key entries under an alternate key

Moved dutchwordnet_test.py back into umbra folder. It was unable to run otherwise. We might want to fix this in the future.

I relocated the initialization of the Wn_grid_parser object, in order to make the statistics class less messy. I also fixed a bug that was in the master branch at the moment I pulled the code.

Tested the algorithm on the test data and tried implementing another rule. Lastly inspected the results.
