Sc 160/reconstruction

Verbeek, J.M. (Janneke) requested to merge SC-160/reconstruction into master

Done on this, should merge with master easily. Also, request 101, yay?

  • Fully reconstructed dutch_mmetaphone class, such that it is (hopefully) well-documented enough and structured enough to be of use. I had to remove a lot of duplicating code in favor of functions. It could perhaps be more elegant, but I feel that this implementation respects the original idea.
  • Translated the whole thing into proper English, as we deliver this product to an institute, and we simply cannot get away with coding in Dutch.
  • Wrote very primitive test case as well and adapted the necessary dependent test cases.

edit: realized that branch name was not very neat, renamed and re-requested merge
