Fileselection/sc 108

Should be a working version of multiple file reading and writing, (SC-108 etc.) Note that the choice between .csv and .txt is not explicit yet, now the assumption is that everything is .csv, is for next sprint. Also fixed GUI bugs because annoying.

When I run the program and select two imcompatible files (e.g. nr. 7 for source and nr. 10 for shadow) then still a comparison is run and printed. Is this the behaviour you expect? (from your commit description is seems like there would be no comparison in such a case as this, because there is no match between files.) [Edit: English instead of Dutch]
