Fileselection/sc 108

Verbeek, J.M. (Janneke) requested to merge fileselection/SC-108 into master

Should be a working version of multiple file reading and writing, (SC-108 etc.) Note that the choice between .csv and .txt is not explicit yet, now the assumption is that everything is .csv, is for next sprint. Also fixed GUI bugs because annoying.
