Use an external configuration file

Currently the settings for the benchmark script have to be set in the script. It would be nice to have an external configuration file to hold all configuration settings.

LIMESURVEY_HOST: the LimeSurvey server location SURVEYFLOW_URL: QANS Vault API url SURVEY_ID: the survey ID to the survey that is to be used in the benchmark
