Removed all the old files, because some got updated by the client. Also removed the files in the results folder, because that should not be in the master branch.

Fixed all of the wrong classifications, by making sure that shadow words are never matched (as mistakes) to source words that appear after the next correctly matched words.

Fixed two tiny bugs

Non-anchor source words that are matched in the shadow algorithm have their shadow attribute set to the corresponding shadow word.

Tests are left commented for now in favour of getting the new code to

Added the functionality that was necessary to create a data frame of the delays. Will currently only work for NW because of has_shadow property.
