Sc 181/improve phon mistakes

Now it also detects phonetic mistakes. It does not yet classify everything correctly, but I already informed Janneke on this (a specific mistake is due to the code somewhere in the dutch_mmetaphone) and I will assess the mistakes for another Jira task. Anyway this enables phonetic mistake detection better than before.
