We integrated the semantic checker with the Needleman_Wunsch implementation. As well as integrating it with the mistake checker class in order for it to become applicable to the anchor algorithm. Main issues that arised were how to implement the semantic errors in the alignment of Needleman_Wunsch.

This version already uses the current master branch. So merging this should not give a lot of problems.
