Grid parser attribute relocated

Ghost User requested to merge SC-95/parser_initialization_relocated into master

The Grid parser attribute is now relocated. As well as a bug fix compared to the previous/current master branch. This code has no real other added functionality or changes so it should not give merge conflicts. The two files of interest are statistics.py and semantic_checker.py
