Verbeek, J.M. (Janneke) requested to merge SC-164 into master

Adds the following:

  • Message box with appropriate messages
  • Fewer greyed-out buttons in favor of program doing what it should do (we can now run the same comparison multiple times without problems)
  • File deletion now also deletes internal representations of files
  • (Some) tests of above.
